My new neighbor asked me to pet sit for her dog while she was out of town. I was happy to do this, but upon going to take care of her dog the first day, I realized the dog was in misery. She was itching all over and had bumps and just all kinds of issues. I wanted to take it to the vet, but my neighbor said the dog had been that way for a long time.
