Let me see has been helping me find answers locked inside my memory, especially the ones that I have really blocked out since I was young. Though this may seem undesirable and at times felt aggressive, nothing has come up that has been anything I can’t handle..
Also the information that has come up has found me in ways besides just remembering, such as at night when I’m dreaming. Interestingly, if I took this essence before bed I would have dreams of unsettling instances in the past. After this happened about three times I began to find myself correcting the experience in the dreams. Now I’ve done a lot of HMR work through Shanti Kai, so I have an understanding of putting in a corrective experience, but this essence actually seemed to be taking me beyond release of trauma to handling the situation that threatened me as I would from the healthy space where I am now. I knew I was having a healing because I no longer reacted the same in my dreams to painful experiences of the past.
