Sodalite Essence acts on the third eye, throat and sacral chakras, balancing, opening, and expanding these important energy centers. It is particularly cleansing and protective against negative energy (ie psychic attack). Its action both on the sacral and third eye chakras helps to calm the mind and stimulate your creative faculties, heightening faith in your intuition.

Sodalite Essence helps prepare your mind for meditation and would be a great essence to use if you are prone to monkey mind/ mental chatter (i.e. that you can’t seem to turn off) and thus may be an excellent essence to use before bed.
