Elite Shungite Essence carries the same properties as regular Shungite Essence with a stronger emphasis on shielding and protecting your energy field. Whereas regular Shungite Essence is more detoxifying and rejuvenating, Elite Shungite works to deflect negative energies so as to put a field of protection in your aura. This then frees up your actual physical energy so that you have more internal resources to heal and regenerate (as well as detoxify). If your energy is always directed at fighting off on-coming threats (or perceived threats) it has the effect of fragmenting the energy available for healing.
