Exercise for Working With Vishuddha™ and MercurEase™ Essences
For helping to attain balance of mind, and ease reactionary patterns during times of stress, apply Vishuddha™️ directly on the throat – front and back – over the chest area, especially the heart, upper heart, base of skull, over the third eye/forehead, temples, and along your spine. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, exhaling long and slow through your mouth, visualizing any toxicity, negative energy, or frustrated emotions releasing. Then, follow with MercurEase™️. Shake well and apply over the same areas, as well as any areas that feel tense, as this may be your body reacting to related stress and tension.
